Note:
Make sure you are on the correct login page. If you are getting an error message while making a payment, visit the payment error guide instead.
#1 Invalid Credentials
This error message implies that an account with the entered credentials does not exist, or that the login details have been entered incorrectly.

Please make sure to double-check your email address and password, or create an account.
#2 Locked Out
You’ve tried to log in too frequently or sent too many requests at once. Please try again after a few minutes.
Alternatively, try logging in on a different device.

If you are still locked out after 24 hours contact our support team.
#3 Network Error
This error pops up while using an outdated version of The Real World app.
The old Android APK, The Real World app for Windows, and The Real World app for macOS have been discontinued.

To access all the features and functionalities, please either log in on the web application or download and install the latest version of The Real World app.
