There are two roles in this new economy:
The Founder:
Anyone inside TRW can be a Founder. If you have capital and a vision, you can issue a contract. You dictate the terms, and the network will answer.
The Specialist:
You cannot buy your way into this role. You cannot talk your way into it. To place a bid on a Founder’s contract, you must be a proven asset. You must hold Tier II Clearance.
Tier II Clearance
To protect our Founders from amateurs, the Marketplace is violently gatekept. To become a Specialist, you must earn a Campus Graduation Certificate (Tier II Clearance). Each campus has its own strict, unapologetic criteria for graduation.
